At Globe Dental Practice we reserve appointment time specifically for each patient, and late cancellations or missed appointments affect our ability to offer that time to others who need it.
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please give us as much notice as possible. We understand that short notice cancellations sometimes cannot be helped and will consider individual circumstances where appropriate.
Due to the length of our appointments, a deposit of 50%, and in some cases more, may be charged in cases of short notice cancellation or failure to attend. If the deposit is not used as a charge, it will be offset against your final balance.
A £65 fee is required for all new patient consultation bookings. This can be offset against your treatment cost should you decide to proceed with Globe Dental. Failure to attend your appointment will result in your deposit being charged.
