Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend your appointment, could you please give as much notice as possible to the practice. It is understandable that sometimes short notice cancellations, cannot be helped and in certain circumstances, exceptions will be made.

Due to the length of appointments, we do hold a deposit of 50% some cases more that can be charged in cases of short notice cancellation or failure to attend. If the deposit is not used as a charge, it will be used towards your final balance.

We ask for a £65 fee for all new patient consultation bookings that can be offset against your treatment should you decide to take treatment up with Globe Dental, failure to attend your appointment will result in your deposit being charged.
